*sort of. Without the quiche.
Join others from across the family of churches at the Emmanuel Meeting House to hear things that have inspired, challenged and encouraged them. On two of the evenings we’ll be hearing from people who have been engaged in training courses beyond Emmanuel, with a poetry bring and share for all in the middle.
Thursday 12th August – Mike Sims (EW) shares something from our local Ministry Training course and Becca Butler (EW) from the Crosslands Masters course
Thursday 19th August – Ed Shaw (ECC) hosts a poetry bring and share. During lockdown ECC had a monthly poetry club in which people have bought poems they’ve enjoyed or written – we all now get to share their experience in this first poetry club live. Come along to listen, share a poem you love or share a poem you’ve written yourself.
Thursday 26th August – Suzie Cameron (EB) and Naomi Havell (EW) share some Biblical Counselling insights from the Dynamics of Biblical Change course.
Come along to one, two or three evenings and have your hearts and souls benefit from what others have been enjoying.
Parking is limited at the Emmanuel Meeting House with first preference going to those with mobility issues or full car loads. If you would like to request a parking space please add that in the ‘notes’ section when booking.
